Founded by a team of visionary & internationally awarded pastry chefs with deep expertise in the art of chocolate, PRALINZ was born to take fine chocolate beyond the walls of haute chocolaterie and make high-end chocolate part of our everyday ritual.

At the heart of PRALINZ lies a commitment to excellence in chocolate, driven by a team of internationally distinguished chocolatiers and pastry chefs. PRALINZ is the chocolate-focused project of NZ Pastry team, led by internationally awarded pastry chef Nicolas Nikolakopoulos together with Zissis Goudas and Yiannis Asproulis. Our work centers on unique, high-quality chocolates, defined by a strong signature that balances tradition and modern innovation.

NICOLAS NIKOLAKOPOULOS
Nicolas Nikolakopoulos is one of the leading figures in modern chocolate creation. He is the first Chocolate Master of SE Europe, ranked at the Top 3 of the World Chocolate Masters ‘22, the most demanding and prestigious chocolate competition worldwide.
With a background in pastry, chocolate, and chemistry, Nicolas approaches chocolate through a scientific and artistic lens, with a strong focus on flavor design and technical precision.
Through international competitions, consulting, and collaborations with leading chocolate and equipment brands, Nicolas defines the creative and technical direction of PRALINZ, ensuring every creation reflects innovation, mastery, and global standards.

ZISSIS GOUDAS
Zissis Goudas brings extensive experience from both the restaurant industry and executive roles in established companies. His background combines hands-on pastry expertise with a strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and production management.
Praline Magician
YIANNIS ASPROULIS
As a cornerstone of the PRALINZ team, Yiannis Asproulis brings a high level of craftsmanship to every chocolate creation. His strong pastry background, combined with extensive experience in training professionals and overseeing operations, ensures precision, consistency, and uncompromising quality standards.
